Somehow, I overlooked the fact that Rush visits Vic at his office in the missing (but known) episode 40-08-07 Meals for Bachelors.
To my knowledge (and off the top of my head) that makes a total of 3 times we know of where an episode took place in an area other than the living room, the front or back porch, the attic or the basement.
